Budimex bids PLN 56 million for ROPS administrative complex in Poznań

Budimex has submitted the lowest bid, amounting to PLN 56.04 million, in the tender organised by the Regional Social Policy Centre (ROPS) for the general contracting of a new administrative and office complex in Poznań, located at Sporna Street. The facility will have an internal floor area of approximately 4,400 m² and a volume of 22,000 m³, and is scheduled to be completed within 18 months. Other bidders include Dekpol Budownictwo (PLN 56.32 million), Mostostal Warszawa (PLN 57.40 million), Alstal Grupa Budowlana/Alstal Development (PLN 57.56 million), W.P.I.P. Mardom (PLN 58.97 million), Anna-Bud (PLN 59.37 million), EBUD-Przemysłówka (PLN 60.58 million), Democo Poland (PLN 61.86 million), Balzola Polska (PLN 63.70 million), PTB Nickel (PLN 64.57 million), Erbud (PLN 64.75 million), Budopol-Poznań (PLN 65.15 million), BSI Construction (PLN 65.19 million), Prime Construction (PLN 65.68 million), Unibep (PLN 66.66 million), Projprzem Budownictwo (PLN 67.11 million), Agrobex/Agrobex Budowa (PLN 68.82 million), and Tel-Poż-System Iskra/PHU Kama (PLN 71.39 million). It is worth recalling that in February 2023 the contracting authority selected Archimedia Architekci & Inżynierowie, with a gross fee of PLN 689,000, to prepare the project documentation. Earlier, in May 2022, Erbud had submitted the lowest bid (just over PLN 48 million) in a previous tender for the general contracting of the project.
