Coldwell Banker involved in the development of a 20,000 m² retail center in Żory

Coldwell Banker Commercial (formerly Nuvalu) is participating in the preparation of a development project for a property of over 6 hectares in Żory (Silesian Voivodeship), located near the intersection of Armii Krajowej Avenue and Wodzisławska Street. The project involves the construction of a retail and service complex on the site of a former brickyard, with a total leasable area of 20,000 m². It will be complemented by parking facilities for over 700 vehicles. In addition, a residential estate with approximately 1,000 housing units is planned in the immediate vicinity. The investor has not been disclosed. ■
