Democo will deliver a hotel-service complex in Mielno for Sun&Snow

Democo Poland, Northern Division, has signed a contract for the construction of the "The Blue" hotel-service complex in Mielno (West Pomeranian Voivodeship). As part of the project, whose investor is Sun & Snow Resorts – Mielno, a development with a usable floor area exceeding 11,000 m² will be built, comprising 152 apartments with a total area of 6,100 m². In June last year, we reported the selection of Gryfbud — now in bankruptcy — as the contractor for "The Blue". It is worth recalling that the project located near Orła Białego and Kopernika streets also involved the company KKBud.
