Depenbrock is delivering the C1 warehouse facility at the City Point Targówek logistics park in Warsaw.

Depenbrock is developing the "C1" warehouse in a logistics complex on Matuszewska Street in Warsaw. In recent weeks it was announced that one of the leading companies in the food products sector has leased 10,000 m² of space in the new facility. Handover to the tenant is scheduled for Q3 2026, and the negotiation process was coordinated by AXI Immo. The project is being carried out by a joint venture between Partners Group and Peakside Capital Advisors. It is worth recalling that in July this year Depenbrock completed the nearby C2 hall, offering 25,000 m² of space.
