Eiffage Polska to deliver the ale!KEN residential complex in Warsaw for GH Development

GH Development has entrusted Eiffage Polska with the construction of the ale!KEN residential complex at the intersection of 60 Komisji Edukacji Narodowej Avenue and Indiry Gandhi Street in Warsaw. Work is scheduled to begin in December this year. The architectural partner for the project is Latergrupa Architekci (Grzegorz Perguł). The first stage includes the handover of 121 apartments, while the entire development is planned to comprise around 300 units. In March 2023, we reported on GH Development's acquisition of a property of over 1 hectare from Multikino S.A.
