Eiffage to deliver an apartment building in Poznań for Kozia 2 WWC

Eiffage Construction, acting as the general contractor, is carrying out the revitalisation of a historic tenement house at 8 Kozia Street in Poznań on behalf of Kozia 2 WWC. The project will result in a premium-standard apartment building comprising 38 residential units, with commercial premises on the ground floor. The investment was designed by the Trigony architectural studio, while construction supervision is being provided by MJL.
