FineTech Construction to deliver an 11,300 sqm aparthotel for GH Development in Gdańsk

FineTech Construction has been appointed as the general contractor for the Museo aparthotel, being developed by GH Development at 14 Żabi Kruk Street in Gdańsk. Under the project, to be completed by 2028, a building with a usable floor area of 9,600 sqm and a total area of 11,300 sqm will be delivered. The architectural design was prepared by Inicjatywa Projektowa. As a reminder, in November last year we reported on the cooperation related to the investment comprising 216 apartments, developed with the participation of Tree Capital and AP Project. ■
