FineTech Construction to deliver phase II of the Waterlane project in Łódź

FineTech Construction will act as the general contractor for Phase II of the Waterlane residential development ("Waterlane Concept", 231 apartments), which LP Group will carry out in Łódź, in the area of Żeligowskiego and 6 Sierpnia streets. It is worth recalling that in August this year FineTech Construction was announced as the contractor selected by LP PSK for the "Waterlane Vibe" multi-family project comprising 170 apartments in Łódź at 28 Pułku Strzelców Kaniowskich Street. The investment has been designed by Now Biuro Architektoniczne, while turnkey apartment finishing will be carried out by Jesion Inwestycje pod Klucz. Completion of construction works is scheduled for 31 October 2027, with transfer of apartment ownership planned by 31 March 2028.
