Fuste to deliver a retail park for RSB RE with 10,000 sqm of leasable area in Goleniów

Fuste Polska, acting as the general contractor, has commenced construction works on a retail park being developed by RSB Real Estate in Goleniów (West Pomeranian Voivodeship), in the area of Nowogardzka and Rybacka streets. The project, previously reported on, among others, in PREM 1265 in March last year, will be delivered in two stages and will ultimately provide more than 10,000 sqm of gross leasable area. The first phase, scheduled for completion by the end of this year, will deliver 7,600 sqm, while the second phase will add a further 2,600 sqm. The anchor tenant of the complex will be Biedronka, with the retail offer complemented by stores operated by Action, Sinsay, Worldbox, Pepco, Rossmann, Media Expert, Tedi and Martes Sport. The architectural partner for the project is RB Projekt Pracownia Architektury Rafał Brok.
