Goldbeck to deliver 207,000 m² logistics center for Media Expert in Łódź

Panattoni Europe has entrusted Goldbeck with the role of general contractor for the planned logistics center for Media Expert in Łódź. The warehouse complex, to be developed under the BTO (built-to-own) formula, will cover 207,000 m². The project is valued at PLN 500 million, with target employment of around 300 people.  The facility will be built on a 53-hectare site located near the Ryptułowice junction (national road no. 14, Pabianice bypass). The complex will comprise two buildings – a main warehouse and a smaller office section – and will be designed in line with BREEAM certification requirements at the Excellent level. The investment will also include a 700 kWp photovoltaic installation, electric vehicle charging stations, and cycling infrastructure. The center will serve both retail and e-commerce operations, strengthening the logistics backbone of one of Poland's largest consumer electronics chains.
