Hotels Korona to develop a hotel and leisure complex of approx. 50,000 m² in Jachranka near Warsaw

Hotels Korona plan to develop the Termy Jachranka hotel and leisure complex on a property of approximately 20 hectares, located in Jachranka near Warsaw, on the shores of Zegrze Lake. The complex, with a usable floor area of around 50,000 m², will include, among others, a hotel with 347 rooms, a medical zone, an extensive pool area, and two conference halls of approximately 1,800 m² each. An integral part of the project will also be a recreational zone featuring nearly 3,000 m² of outdoor pools. The complex will use geothermal waters with therapeutic properties. Completion of the investment and its commissioning are planned for 2028. The development will also include the adjacent four-star Windsor Hotel. It should be recalled that in June 2024 we reported that Hotels Korona had commissioned Anna-Bud to carry out the modernization and expansion of the Windsor Hotel in the area of Zegrzyńska and Słonecznikowa streets. The scope of works, implemented on the basis of documentation prepared by the A2 Architectural and Structural Design Studio, covered a site of 11 hectares and buildings with a total area of approximately 3,000 m².
