Immobilia to develop a student residence with approx. 150 rooms in Lublin

Immobilia Polska is seeking a permit to develop a premium private student residence, "The One", in Lublin at 32a Głęboka Street, in the immediate vicinity of the University of Life Sciences. The project предусматриes the construction of a facility comprising 149 units with floor areas ranging from 25 to 55 m². The concept also includes an extensive common area combining recreational and coworking functions. Amenities planned for the building include a gym, sauna, cinema room and dedicated workspaces for residents. An underground car park with electric vehicle charging stations will be built beneath the facility. Construction is scheduled to commence in Q1–Q2 2026. It is worth recalling that in March 2023 Immobilia Polska announced preparations to revitalise the historic Governor's Palace in Lublin, located at Litewski Square. The building, with a total floor area of approx. 3,000 m², was to be adapted for hotel use.
