Adamietz develops an office complex in Olsztyn

Adamietz, commissioned by Cezal, is launching the first phase of the "Cezal" Business Park office complex in Olsztyn, located near the intersection of Piłsudskiego Avenue with Wyszyńskiego and Leonharda Streets. As part of this project, which is scheduled for completion by mid-next year, a building with a usable area of 5,000 m² will be put into operation. It is worth noting that the investment will ultimately involve the development of a 1.6-hectare site, where three buildings with a total area of 18,000 m² will be constructed, along with a multi-level parking facility accommodating nearly 300 vehicles. The local MP Studio Projekt was involved in the design phase. ■
