Duna to complete residential development in Gdańsk by 2026

Duna Polska, acting as the general contractor, has commenced the implementation of the third phase of the "Południe Vita" residential estate in Gdańsk on Kazimierza Wielkiego Street, commissioned by Develia. As part of the investment, 186 residential units will be delivered for occupancy by the end of Q4 2026. The architectural concept was developed by the K&L Smart Design studio. It is worth recalling that in July 2023, we reported on the awarding of a contract to Alstal Grupa Budowlana for the construction of 111 apartments in the first phase of this complex. ■
