Kajima to carry out expansion of "Wrocław Campus 2" in Krzyżowice

Kajima Poland has been selected as the general contractor for the expansion of the "Wrocław Campus 2" logistics complex in Krzyżowice near Wrocław. The project scope includes the construction of two warehouse halls with a total area exceeding 100,000 m². As a reminder, in November this year we reported on Panattoni Development's plans to enlarge the "Wrocław Campus 2" center by 102,000 m², of which 45,000 m² will be occupied by DSV Global Transport and Logistics, while the remaining space will be developed on a speculative basis. Completion of the investment is scheduled for 2026. Earlier, in November 2023, we also reported that Kajima Poland had been awarded an expansion phase covering an additional 30,000 m².
