Keller Polska has been selected as the contractor responsible for earthworks and diaphragm wall construction for the AFI Tower office building in Warsaw. The project is being developed at the intersection of Towarowa and Pańska streets, as part of the Towarowa 22 mixed-use complex, jointly implemented by Echo Investment and AFI Europe. The architectural design was prepared by JEMS Architekci, while the landscape concept was created by RS Architektura Krajobrazu. The AFI Tower will provide 50,000 m² of modern office space and will consist of two main sections: a 150-metre tower and an 85-metre podium. The building will form part of the larger Towarowa 22 urban development, which will ultimately encompass more than 200,000 m² of usable area, including office, retail, dining, and leisure spaces. Several renowned companies from the construction sector are involved in the implementation of the complex. Gleeds Polska is responsible for quality and construction supervision, cost management, and coordination of the BREEAM certification process. The underground section of the structure has been commissioned to Modzelewski & Rodek. The AFI Tower project in Warsaw is one of the most significant office investments in the capital, aligning with the strategy of developing modern business spaces in the city centre. The earthworks carried out by Keller Polska exemplify the company's technologically advanced approach to large-scale commercial high-rise developments.
