
Mostostal Warszawa submitted the lowest bid (PLN 661.37 million) in the tender conducted by John Paul II International Airport Kraków–Balice for the expansion of the Kraków Airport passenger terminal, Stage I – Section T6. As a reminder, the preparation of the architectural design is to be completed within 15 months, and construction works within 36 months from the date of signing the contract. The scope of the investment includes, among others, the reconstruction and expansion of the existing T6 passenger terminal (Stage I), construction of an Airport Security Service (SOL) guardhouse facility, and a canopy for the battery-powered trolley charging area. Other bidders participating in the procedure include: Mirbud (PLN 661.44 million), Strabag/ZIO-MAX (PLN 673.52 million), Adamietz/OPEX/Intercor (PLN 687.14 million), Doraco (PLN 688.77 million), Unibep (PLN 735.24 million), Hochtief Polska/Electra M&E Polska (PLN 753.98 million), Budimex (PLN 785.24 million), Erbud (PLN 813.95 million), and Atlas Ward Polska/Duna Polska (PLN 845.87 million). In August this year, we reported that TPF had won the tender for the development of the architectural and functional concept of an office and service complex with an area of approx. 9.5 thousand m², as well as that Mostostal Warszawa had won a separate procedure for the reconstruction of the cargo terminal at Kraków Airport, valued at PLN 28.6 million.
