Napollo is planning construction of shopping center in Ozorków in collaboration with Kallan Architekci.
In April, a subsidiary of Napollo Group applied for a construction permit for a complex of five retail-service outlets on Konstytucji 3 Maja Street in Ozorków (Łódzkie Province). Design works are being carried out by architects associated with the Kallan architectural office. Let us recall that in January 2021, we mentioned that Napollo Group was interested in opening a N-Park complex with a total lease area of approx. 8,000 sqm in Ozorków. ■

Erbud builds "Piękna Vita" for Develia in Wrocław
Erbud is the general contractor for the "Piękna Vita" residential project commissioned by Develia in Wrocław. The investment involves the construction of a multi-family apartment building with 82 residential units, ground-floor commercial premises, and an underground garage. The development is located on a 0.3-hectare plot on Piękna Street, next to the eight-storey Punkt Piękna estate previously delivered by Profit Development. The architectural design was prepared by SRDK Architekci Studio Śródka.
