NBQ has announced it has been awarded a contract to provide investor supervision for a mixed-use development in Szczecin, located on Ks. Stanisława Staszica Street. The project involves the construction of an eleven-storey building with commercial areas, 213 residential units, and a two-level underground car park. The investor is Matys Development, affiliated with Poznań-based company Inwestycje Hryniewicz. The modern complex is planned near the Giedroyć Roundabout, between Wyzwolenia Avenue, Staszica Street, and Wallenberg Square, on a plot purchased from Orange in 2023. The architectural design is by the Archice studio. As previously reported by PREM, the first phase of the project is being carried out by PTB Nickel and includes the construction of the "Silver Garden" apartment-retail building with a volume of 38,000 m³. Future stages will include a six-storey building above an underground car park, offering retail and service spaces on the ground floor and office and hotel functions on the upper levels. Deeper into the site, a structure of up to twelve storeys may be developed. Another stage involves a business-service building near Wallenberg Square, positioned perpendicularly to Staszica Street and Wyzwolenia Avenue, with a height of up to six storeys, depending on terrain conditions. The final stage of the investment will feature a 60-metre-high, 18-storey office tower, with the option to incorporate hotel space. In May, it was announced that PM Services has been entrusted with the complete BREEAM certification process at the Very Good level. ■
