Polimex Mostostal to deliver a leisure complex with an area of 47,000 sqm in Zakopane for nearly PLN 400 million net

A consortium comprising Polimex Mostostal and Polimex Infrastruktura has been appointed as the general contractor for a leisure and recreation complex being prepared by Bachleda Termy in Zakopane, at Szymaszkowa Street. The value of the contract has been set at PLN 384.9 million net, with completion scheduled for 6 December 2028. As a reminder, in January 2023 we reported on the preparations by Grupa Inwestycyjna Bachleda for the development of a complex of indoor geothermal pools in Zakopane at Szymaszkowa Street, in the vicinity of the Kasprowy hotel. The project involves the construction of buildings with a total area of approximately 47,000 sqm on the site of an existing outdoor geothermal bathing facility covering 1.9 hectares. Ancillary infrastructure will also extend to adjacent plots within the Polana Szymoszkowa area, with a combined size of approximately 10 hectares. The architectural partner for the investment was IVW Polska.
