Rock Capital plans shopping center in Pruszcz Gdański

Rock Capital, together with Innebo Architects, is preparing the development of the "Rock Park Pruszcz" shopping center in Pruszcz Gdański (Pomeranian Voivodeship), near Obrońców Westerplatte and NSZZ Solidarność streets. The project covers a 10-hectare plot, where a complex of retail and service facilities with a total leasable area of 26,000 m² will be built. A key partner of the venture is Leroy Merlin. The investment is scheduled to be completed in Q2 2026. The complex will also include a grocery store, a drugstore, a sporting goods store, and an electronics retailer. The preparation process required two years of negotiations and administrative procedures related to the rezoning of the site. The project is expected to create hundreds of new jobs and generate significant tax revenues for the city budget. The Mayor of Pruszcz Gdański emphasizes that the development is part of the city's strategy to transform into a fully-fledged retail and service hub for the region.
