SKB LDR to deliver a logistics and shooting complex for Kolba in Czeladź

A logistics and production complex with shooting infrastructure will be developed in Czeladź. The investor is Kolba, while SKB LDR has been appointed as the general contractor, delivering the project under a design-and-build formula. The scope of the investment includes the construction of a four-storey office building with a glazed ground floor and parking facilities, as well as warehouse and production halls intended for storage, logistics and packaging operations. An integral part of the complex will be a weapons and ammunition warehouse together with a long shooting range and a two-level short-range shooting facility. The total floor area of the development will amount to approximately 10,200 m². Completion of construction works is scheduled for June 2027. The project is being delivered as a facility with enhanced security requirements, dedicated to the defence and shooting sectors, and will be located in Czeladź.
