Stalexport is preparing the development of a residential complex in Katowice comprising approximately 700 apartments, with the architectural concept designed by Konior Studio. In its new strategy for 2026–2030, with a perspective extending to 2035, Stalexport Autostrady has taken into account the need to diversify its operations due to the expiry in 2027 of the concession for managing the A4 Katowice–Kraków motorway. The company plans to establish a special-purpose vehicle in the first quarter of this year, which will be responsible for developing its real estate business in both the commercial and residential segments. Among the announced projects is the development of a multi-family residential complex in central Katowice, comprising approximately 700 apartments with a total usable floor area (PUM) of around 55,000 m².
