Techbau will deliver a residential estate in Warsaw for Marvipol for PLN 69.5 million

Techbau Budownictwo has signed a contract with a subsidiary of the Marvipol Group for the general contracting of the "Riviera 5" residential estate in Warsaw's Białołęka district, on Żubowiecka Street, near Modlińska, Płochocińska and the Żerański Canal. The contract value is set at PLN 69.5 million net. Over a period of 19 months, two buildings with a total of 216 apartments will be constructed. Construction is scheduled to begin on 1 December of this year
