Trasko Invest to deliver the 15,000 m² OTO Park retail centre in Lubin

A contractor has been selected for OTO Park, a project developed in Lubin by Acteeum together with Falcon Investment Management, located on Jana Pawła II Street between Chocianowska and Hutnicza Streets. The contract has been awarded to Trasko Invest. The concept prepared by Bulak Projekt provides for a retail complex with a gross leasable area of 15,000 m², including a 1,200 m² Biedronka supermarket. The scheme also includes a car park with 400 spaces. Completion is scheduled for 2026. Earlier reports covered a project prepared by Shopp.City. Its related company, Sent To, obtained administrative approvals for a retail development of more than 18,000 m² on the same street, including a car park with 458 spaces. Partners involved in that scheme included Bulak Projekt, KKBud and Nuvalu.
