Trust Investment plans the "Massalskiego Trust" project in Kielce

Trust Investment is planning to deliver a new residential development called Massalskiego Trust in Kielce, in the area of Massalskiego and Kolejarzy streets. The project comprises a multi-family housing complex which will ultimately consist of four residential buildings with underground garages. Construction works are scheduled to begin in early 2026, while completion of the entire development is expected in the third quarter of 2027. The first phase will include one building with 55 apartments. Upon full completion, the estate will offer a total of 245 residential units with floor areas ranging from 28 to 129 m². The development has been designed as five-storey above-ground buildings, complemented by single-level underground garages. The project will provide 302 parking spaces and 147 storage units.
