Hines and Value Real Estate start construction of the VRE Janki logistics park near Warsaw.

Hines is starting construction of the VRE Janki logistics park in Sokołów, in the Michałowice municipality near Warsaw. The project is being developed by Value Real Estate, with Kajima Poland acting as the general contractor. The facility is scheduled to be commissioned in Q1 2027. The project will deliver a modern warehouse hall with an area of approx. 30,000 m². The standard of the facility is to be confirmed by a BREEAM Excellent environmental certificate. The scheme will include, among other features, relaxation zones for employees, electric vehicle charging stations and a photovoltaic panel installation.
