Depenbrock, commissioned by CTP Invest Poland, has launched the construction of Phase I of the Warsaw Janki industrial and logistics park, located in Janki near Warsaw. The project involves the development of a 13-hectare site, where facilities with a total floor area of 45,000 m² will be built. The investment includes the construction of seven CTBox-type buildings (ranging from approximately 500 m² to 1,500 m²) as well as medium-sized CTFlex modules. The architectural design was prepared by the One Architekci studio.
