Geo-Kat and Electra M&E Polska will carry out installation work in Building B, which is part of the Towarowa 22 (T22) complex, being developed by Echo Investment and AFI Europe in Warsaw, near Towarowa, Pańska, and Miedziana streets. Let us recall that in November of last year, we reported on the involvement of the company Modzelewski & Rodek in the construction of the underground section of the Office House building, which is the first phase of the multifunctional T22 complex. The investment will include an office building with an area of 31,000 square meters. The updated plans for the "Towarowa 22" investment, designed by JEMS Architekci, foresee the completion of a complex of buildings with a total area exceeding 200,000 square meters. The buildings will serve office, rental residential, and commercial purposes on the ground floors. ■
