Unibep to build indoor arena in Białystok for PLN 483.12 million

The City of Białystok has selected Unibep as the general contractor for an indoor sports and entertainment arena to be built on Ciołkowskiego Street. The winning bid amounts to PLN 483.12 million gross. The remaining bids were submitted by Mirbud (PLN 484.83 million) and a consortium comprising NDI and NDI Sopot (PLN 537.71 million). Following the signing of the contract, the contractor will have 30 months to complete the project. The development will comprise a four-storey building with a floor area of more than 30,000 m², featuring main and training courts with spectator stands, wellness and recreation facilities, rooms for athletes, performers, the media and technical staff, as well as catering, administrative, storage and commercial areas and conference facilities. The arena will accommodate approximately 6,400 spectators and will be suitable for sporting events, concerts and theatrical performances.
