Saller to commence 25,000 m² extension of S1 Retail Park in Stargard in 2027.

Saller Group is preparing an extension of S1 Retail Park at 1A–B Stargardzka Street in Stargard (West Pomeranian Voivodeship). The project will add more than 25,000 m² of new leasable space. Upon completion, the complex will comprise over 51,000 m² of GLA, making it one of Poland's largest retail parks. The development will include new units for fashion, footwear and health-and-beauty retailers, as well as food and leisure zones, a playground and a shared car park for more than 2,000 vehicles. Construction is scheduled to commence in mid-2027, with the new section due to open in mid-2028. In December last year, it was reported that the design work had been commissioned to Wrocław-based Grupa RB.
