AFI and Echo are developing the 125-metre Motion Tower with more than 180 apartments in Warsaw

AFI and Echo Investment have launched sales of more than 180 apartments in Motion Tower, a 32-storey building within the Towarowa22 complex. The apartments will range in size from 46 m², with a penthouse of more than 400 m² planned for the top floor. The tower was designed by JEMS Architekci. The underground level will include a garage, spaces equipped for the installation of electric vehicle chargers, bicycle parking and storage units. The area around the building will be landscaped with greenery. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2028. Motion Tower is being built in the southwestern part of Towarowa22, near Towarowa, Srebrna and Wronia streets. As PREM previously reported, cmT is supervising construction of the apartment building and an office building within the complex.
