aHouse plans 124-room hotel in Grodzisk Mazowiecki

aHouse Development has signed a perpetual usufruct agreement with the authorities of Grodzisk Mazowiecki for a plot located on Daleka Street, where the company plans to develop a hotel in the city centre. The tender procedure was concluded in March 2026, with the perpetual usufruct rights acquired for PLN 6.4 million. The investment concept was prepared by Iliard Architecture & Interior Design. The project предусматриes the construction of a building with one underground level and five above-ground storeys. The hotel will offer 124 rooms, with the possibility of expanding the upper floor to include an additional 25 rooms. The scheme will also feature a restaurant, fitness zone and parking for 69 vehicles, including 43 spaces in an underground garage. Under the tender conditions, the investor has three years to commence construction and six years to complete the development and open the facility. The hotel is intended to serve as accommodation infrastructure for sports, conference and cultural events organised in Grodzisk Mazowiecki.
