Atlas Ward is negotiating with Ghelamco to acquire a stake in the development of the Nowa Marina complex in Gdynia.

Ghelamco has initiated negotiations regarding the sale of a controlling stake in the company planning the "Nowa Marina" project, located on Jana Pawła II Avenue in Gdynia. The talks are being conducted with Atlas Ward, and their outcome may be determined in Q2 2026. The project site, where existing yacht club buildings were demolished in 2025 in cooperation with Beauty-Bud, is currently being prepared for new development. The scheme предусматривает (assumes) the construction of a five-storey complex with a usable area of approximately 20,000 m². The development will include, among others, headquarters for yacht clubs and the Pomeranian Sailing Association, sailing infrastructure, aparthotel units with a port view, as well as storage and garage facilities for yachts. A closed architectural competition for the project concept was won by PIG Architekci. Other participants included APA Wojciechowski, Arch-Deco, BBGK Architekci, and Roark Studio.
