Atlas Ward to expand 7R logistics center in Bydgoszcz by 9,700 m²

Atlas Ward will carry out the expansion of the 7R Park Bydgoszcz I logistics complex in Bydgoszcz (Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship), on Wojska Polskiego Avenue, on behalf of 7R. The built-to-suit project will comprise a 9,700 m² facility intended for use as a parcel sorting center. Completion and commissioning are scheduled for Q1 2027. The complex also offers the possibility of a further expansion by 22,000 m² of warehouse space. The first phase, comprising 16,500 m², was completed and commissioned in June 2022.
