Echo Investment to develop a 20,000 m² office building in Warsaw

Echo Investment has submitted applications for permits to demolish the existing office building and construct a new development at 53/57 Grzybowska Street in Warsaw. Located between the Browary Warszawskie development and the Towarowa 22 complex, the planned building will be approximately 90 metres high and offer 20,100 m² of leasable space.
The architectural design has been prepared by Kuryłowicz + Architekci. Construction is scheduled to begin in Q4 2026, with completion planned for Q3 2028.
As a reminder, PREM reported in February 2026 that Echo Investment was preparing to carry out the development in Warsaw's Wola district. In December 2025, the company acquired the Pekao Tower office building at 53/57 Grzybowska Street from Bank Pekao. The property had been offered for approximately PLN 86 million.
Completed in 1993, the building has approximately 21,000 m² of usable floor area and stands on a 2,500 m² site near the Rondo Daszyńskiego and Rondo ONZ metro stations. Unofficial reports indicated that Echo Investment could develop a mixed-use office, retail and residential complex of up to approximately 100 metres in height on the site.
