El Park plans to develop a shopping center with a usable floor area exceeding 18,000 m² in Białystok

El Park is preparing the development of a retail and service complex in Białystok, in the area of Techniczna and Elewatorska streets. The site, covering over 4.8 hectares, will be designated for three retail and service buildings with a total usable floor area exceeding 18,000 m² (11,200 m² + a 600 m² canopy, 3,200 m², and 4,000 m²), as well as a fuel station and parking facilities for 475 vehicles. The company is personally linked to Ługowscy. We previously reported on the development plans for this property in October last year. The architectural partners for the project were the design studios Jeden Projekt (Jacek Fronc) and Domino (Krzysztof Zwornicki). Earlier, in January last year, we also pointed to a development concept for this site by Ostello, a company associated with Ługowscy. ■
