Family Partners and Agile Development plan retail parks totalling 37,000 m² in Tomaszów Mazowiecki.

Family Partners and Agile Development are planning a joint project in Tomaszów Mazowiecki (Łódź Province), directly next to the S8 expressway. The scheme will comprise two neighbouring retail parks with a combined leasable area of nearly 37,000 m². The facilities will be developed and commercialised as separate projects but will be closely coordinated to form a complementary shopping complex. The larger part of the zone will be developed by Family Partners. The company will prepare a retail park with a GLA of nearly 23,000 m². The neighbouring Agile Development facility will offer approximately 14,000 m². Lease agreements have already been signed for the second project with a grocery operator and a fast-food tenant. The location's existing amenities also include an operating McDonald's restaurant. Both developments will be carried out simultaneously. Each investor will remain responsible for the preparation, construction and commercialisation of its own facility. The retail parks are expected to be completed at around the same time, with their openings scheduled for the first half of 2028. Noble previously obtained administrative permits for the construction of a retail and service complex on approximately 2 ha on Orzeszkowa Street in Tomaszów Mazowiecki, near the S8 expressway. The company also prepared the neighbouring plot on which the McDonald's restaurant was built. Noble is offering more than 4.5 ha in this area for commercial and service developments. Meanwhile, Baxes, a subsidiary of Family Partners, is obtaining permits for the development of an adjacent 5.5-ha site.
