Genesis Property and RG Leasing are preparing to build a retail park in Kraśnik, eastern Poland. The development will occupy a site of approximately 5 hectares and offer around 18,000 sqm of gross leasable area (GLA), approximately 25 units and parking for 650 cars. According to information gathered by PREM, construction is scheduled to begin in summer 2027, with the opening planned for 2028. The park is expected to include a grocery operator, a DIY store, and fashion, beauty, sports and home furnishings retailers. Food and service outlets will complete the offer. Leasing is already under way. This will be the two companies' first joint development. According to the investors, nearly 95,000 people live within a 25-minute drive of the planned park. The development is intended to expand Kraśnik's retail offer and reduce the need for residents to travel approximately 50 km to Lublin to shop. PREM previously reported that Genesis Property is developing retail parks in Zabrze on Rymera Street (14,500 sqm GLA), Szczawno-Zdrój (5,500 sqm) and Pińczów (7,000 sqm). It is also preparing projects in Wieluń near national road No. 43 (approximately 15,000 sqm), Siedlce (15,000 sqm) and Chodzież, where the Porcelana retail park (over 14,000 sqm) is planned on the site of a former porcelain factory.
