Gleeds is cooperating with Redkom on the construction of a 35,000-m² retail park in Tarnów.

Gleeds is acting as the construction supervision inspector and tenant coordinator for a retail park being developed by Redkom Development on Lwowska Street in Tarnów. As previously reported by PREM, Spec Bau was appointed as the general contractor for the development. The complex will offer nearly 35,000 m² of leasable space, including an Agata Meble store and approximately 30 retail and service units. The design documentation was prepared by BM Architekci (Marcin Mańkowski). Tenants will include Lidl, Jula, CCC, Worldbox, Shock Price, Rossmann, Martes Sport, Pepco, Ochnik, Sinsay, Media Expert, RTV Euro AGD, TEDi, Dr Materac and Xtreme Fitness Gyms. A five-screen Cinema City multiplex will also be developed. The centre is scheduled to open in 2027.
