Gleeds supervises the development of CPI's LightOn office building with a total area of approx. 33,000 m² in Warsaw

Gleeds has been appointed by CPI Property Group to support the LightOn project in Warsaw at 69 Prosta Street. The scope of cooperation covers the preparatory stage – from the demolition of the existing buildings to the commencement of construction works. The company will be responsible for project management and cost control, as well as supervising the quality and progress of the construction works. As a reminder, in January this year we reported on the selection of the Tree Group as the contractor for the demolition works of the Prosta 69 Business Center building at 69 Prosta Street in Warsaw. On this plot CPI plans to develop an office building with a total area of approx. 33,200 m² (GLA 23,600 m²). Companies involved in the preparation of the project include WSP Polska, Bessons and Eko-Plus 2000, while the architectural concept was prepared by the APA Wojciechowski studio. The PF-Projekt studio also participated in the administrative proceedings. ■
