Hines and Value Real Estate begin construction of logistics park near Warsaw.

Hines is starting construction of the VRE Janki logistics park in Sokołów, in the municipality of Michałowice near Warsaw. The investor behind the project is Value Real Estate, while Kajima Poland is acting as the general contractor. The facility is scheduled for completion in Q1 2027. The project will comprise a modern warehouse hall with an area of approx. 30,000 m². The standard of the facility is to be confirmed by a BREEAM Excellent environmental certificate. The scheme will include relaxation zones for employees, electric vehicle charging stations and photovoltaic panels. "Poland remains one of the key logistics markets in Central Europe, supported by its strategic location, developing transport infrastructure and stable tenant demand.
