Construction works related to the delivery of technical infrastructure required for the future mixed-use complex within the Góraszka Project have commenced. Nhood Services Poland, acting on behalf of General Aviation, has handed over the construction site to the general contractor, Infine. Completion of this phase is scheduled for mid-September 2026. Following the finalization of the land sale to Leroy Merlin, the company has proceeded with the execution of underground networks and utility connections that will serve both the large-format DIY store and other facilities planned within the mixed-use development. The scope of works includes the construction of stormwater drainage systems with a retention basin, sanitary sewage systems, fire protection and potable water installations, as well as gas, telecommunications, and power networks, including the expansion of the PZO substation. The works are preceded by the dismantling of obsolete infrastructure, with construction having commenced at the end of March 2026. The schedule assumes completion of infrastructure works by September 2026, enabling the prompt commencement of Leroy Merlin's store construction. Subsequent phases will include the development of a complex featuring retail and service functions, including a hypermarket, food and beverage offer, and internal road system. The retail component is being developed by Ceetrus Polska. The project is being carried out in line with ESG principles and holds a BREEAM Communities certification, with BREEAM New Construction and MUQI certifications planned at later stages. Nhood manages a portfolio of over 900 assets and develops mixed-use and regeneration projects across Europe and West Africa, providing a full range of services from asset management to new development.
