Jakon is building a 4,400 m² Audi showroom and service centre for Grupa Cichy-Zasada in Poznań.

Jakon is serving as the general contractor for an Audi passenger car showroom and service centre being developed by Grupa Cichy-Zasada at 11 Jadwigi Wajsówny Street, near the Komorniki interchange in Poznań. The two-storey complex will have a total area of over 4,400 m², a usable area of 3,700 m² and a volume of 18,100 m³. The showroom will accommodate 31 cars, including 11 new vehicles on the ground floor and 20 used vehicles offered under the Audi Select Plus programme on the upper floor. The service facilities will comprise 14 bays designed for combustion-engine, hybrid and electric vehicles. The development will also include office and staff facilities, vehicle configuration areas, financial and insurance service zones, and an internal car lift. The scope of works additionally covers manoeuvring roads, parking spaces, an underground retention tank, more than 5,300 m² of paved areas and landscaping. The facility will be Grupa Cichy-Zasada's second Audi showroom in Poznań and the seventh Audi dealership in the investor's portfolio. It is scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2027.
