JMS appointed general contractor for M Park Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski

JMS has been selected as the general contractor for the M Park Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski retail park, planned in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski (Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship), near Chrzanowskiego and Ostrowiecka streets. The investor is LCP Poland.
The complex will offer more than 9,000 m² of leasable space, comprising 16 retail and service units. A car park with 324 spaces will also be built, including electric vehicle charging stations. The opening is scheduled for Q3 2027.
The land for the development was purchased from PKB Inwest Budowa, while commercialization is being handled by the PKB teams, in cooperation with REA and LCP.
As a reminder, in January this year we reported that PKB Inwest Budowa had obtained a building permit for a retail and service complex in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, on Chrzanowskiego Street, on plots with a total area of 3.1 ha. The architectural partner for the project was Pracownia Projektowa M&J – Jarosław Kawiński.
