J.W. Construction is developing the 200-room AC by Marriott hotel in Jachranka with Nordinary Architects

J.W. Construction is carrying out the construction of a hotel on the shore of Lake Zegrze in Jachranka, Mazowieckie Province, in the area of Zegrzyńska Street. The project, developed under the AC by Marriott brand, involves the construction of a timber modular building with 208 rooms. The hotel interiors were designed by the Lithuanian studio Nordinary Architects. As previously reported in August last year, J.W. Construction planned to develop a 12-ha property with a complex of buildings totaling 35,000 m², including a hotel, 800 apartments and extensive sports and leisure facilities. The design for the scheme was being prepared by Urba Architects in cooperation with Proces Studio, Pyramid, Introinstal, Instalverde, ePro and Sound & Space
