Kalter to build 73-apartment residential building for Eko-Park in Warsaw

Kalter has been appointed general contractor for a multi-family residential building in Warsaw, at ul. Karczewska in the Praga-Południe District. The project, commissioned by Eko-Park, will comprise a building with a total area of 8,400 m² and a usable area of 4,100 m². The building will have 6 above-ground storeys and 1 underground level, and will include 73 residential units. Completion of construction is scheduled for 2028. It should be recalled that in July 2025 it was reported that Eko-Park would develop a multi-family building with a volume of 27,000 m³ at ul. Karczewska 9 in Warsaw's Praga-Południe District. The project documentation was prepared by Hejna Architekci, led by Maciej Hejna.
