Karuzela to expand retail park in Kołobrzeg

Galeria Karuzela Kołobrzeg will be expanded by an additional 5,000 m² of GLA. The extension will include a new retail park section featuring home furnishing stores, a fitness club with a gym, a children's play area and a restaurant operated by a nationwide chain. The complex currently offers around 30,000 m² of retail space occupied by nearly 50 stores and service outlets. The scheme also includes Lidl and the only Leroy Merlin DIY hypermarket in Kołobrzeg. Karuzela is being developed by a joint venture between Karuzela Holding (JB Development and Retail Concept) and Belgian funds managed by Mitiska REIM. The company focuses on developing retail parks and small shopping centres in cities with populations ranging from 20,000 to 90,000 residents.
