KLN Partners launches construction of the Lipowa Vita center in Toruń

Construction has started on the Lipowa Vita health and beauty services center at Lipowa Street in Toruń. The project is being developed by KLN Partners. The investment will deliver more than 2,500 m² of usable space with service and medical-office units featuring net ceiling heights exceeding 3 m. The scheme will also include 140 parking spaces, charging stations for electric cars and bicycles, a rooftop terrace, elevators, and personalized access control. The complex will be dedicated exclusively to tenants and owners from the health and beauty sector. The investor received support from the Business Support Center in Toruń.
