Lewandpol Property has acquired the Central Point office building in central Warsaw from Immobel. The transaction ranks among the largest office deals concluded this year on the Warsaw market and confirms continued investor interest in prime office assets. The seller was CP Development, a company belonging to Immobel. Completed in 2021, the building offers approx. 19,300 m² of office space as well as retail units. The property is fully leased and holds a BREEAM Excellent certificate. The 93-metre tower is located at 107 Marszałkowska Street, directly above the Świętokrzyska metro station, at the intersection of Warsaw's two metro lines. Central Point stands out for its structural solutions resulting from its location above existing metro infrastructure. Part of the building's loads is transferred using specialist tension rods, while the foundations at the anchoring point reach a depth of 39 m.
